We tailor every financial solution to the unique needs of each client. By working closely with our clients, we ensure our support is the right fit. Packages below are provided as examples of services offered, with estimated pricing to give potential clients some insight to how packages are adjustable to their needs. If you have other financial or business needs that are not listed, we are happy to discuss incorporating those into a package. We do not offer tax services, outside of payroll taxes, at this time.

For our Small Business Clients, we prefer to use QuickBooks because it allows us to manage many areas of your business in one place. However, if you already use another financial software, we’re happy to discuss the possibility using your preferred platform.

Core Financial Package

Our Core Financial Package gives you clean, accurate books and the essential financial reports you need to make informed, day‑to‑day decisions about your business.

Our Enhanced Financial Package is designed for businesses that need more than basic accounting. In addition to clean, accurate books, this package provides deeper financial insight, expanded reporting, and more hands‑on support.

  • Receipt and record management to support tax preparation and audit readiness

  • Expanded financial reporting and custom ad‑hoc reports with financial analysis to highlight trends, identify outliers, and uncover opportunities

  • Catch‑Up Accounting — Bringing your books up to date when you’ve fallen behind.

  • Clean‑Up Services — Correcting errors, reorganizing accounts, and restoring accuracy to your financial records.

  • Payroll Services — Managing payroll, employee setup, and ongoing payroll compliance. (optional add-on Benefit Management)

  • Policies & Procedures Development — Creating or refining financial and operational workflows, internal controls, employee handbooks, and business documentation.

Fees for these services are determined by the complexity of the work, the number of employees involved, and the frequency of support needed.
